Field Marketing Representative Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop robust knowledge of all product lines/services
2. Negotiate with retailers and other third-party partners on promotional display and merchandise placement
3. Promote business expansion opportunities to retailers and other merchants through successful field marketing programs
4. Report weekly on the status of field marketing activities
5. Document and share lead/customer intelligence with the sales team
6. Contribute to the development of marketing strategies
7. Conduct market research on rival products
8. Design and implement marketing plans for company products

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
2. Proven work experience as a field marketing executive representative
3. Knowledge of modern marketing techniques
4. High-level communication and networking skills
5. Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies
6. Good project management skills
7. Excellent interpersonal skills
8. Total work experience: 2 years
