Field Sales Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in the development of a strong pipeline of new customers through inbound & outbound customer calls
2. Regularly follow up with new and existing customers
3. Work on ongoing monitoring and analysis of the pipeline to review performance and optimize accordingly to make sure objectives are met
4. Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases
5. Work on identifying new avenues for business growth
6. Understand customer profiles & problems to explain the benefits of our services

Requirements:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. B. Tech or any graduate + MBA
3. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
4. Hustle & get things done attitude
5. Willingness to learn, innovate, take initiative, and think beyond conventional dogma
6. Ability to work in a flat organization
