About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets
2. Coordinating with the dealers/distributors for the execution of orders, customer relationship management and showing new ranges
3. Appointing new C&F/distributors/dealers in the allotted area
4. Maintaining relationships with the existing/new dealers/distributors
5. Meeting existing dealers/distributors on a regular basis for achieving targets
6. Managing primary (appointing a distributor) and secondary (handling retail outlets) responsibilities in a given area
7. Achieving brand-wise and stocklist-wise secondary and primary sales targets
8. Reviewing the working efficiency of distributors on a daily and weekly basis
9. Taking orders and ensuring that all the orders procured are supplied on time
10. Taking care of retailer and consumer complaints and coordinating with the management
11. Maintaining the stocks in the allotted area
12. Working on timely reporting to reporting manager
13. Performing required activities in a given area to promote dealers/distributor sales
14. Meeting with farmers and taking feedback on their problems and sharing their requirements with the management
15. Making plans to complete targets given by the company in your area


1. High school diploma/GED
2. 1+ years of sales experience
3. Excellent customer service and sales skills
4. Strong verbal and written communicator
5. Excellent phone and presentation skills
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs
7. Should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth. Ultimately, a top-notch sales executive should be able to build rapport with customers and close sales
8. Candidates working in agriculture/agritech-based companies will be preferred

Note: You will be responsible for sales in the allotted areas.

Salary during probation: 10,000 - 13,600 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 2 - 2.5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%
