Field Sales Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle cold calls and visit prospects on location
2. Set appointments with prospective customers
3. Manage all leads and customers within a defined territory
4. Build relationships with customers
5. Educate the prospects and leads on the benefits of our products
6. Provide product demonstrations and support
7. Place replenishment orders at existing accounts
8. Maximize profits by upselling and cross-selling additional products
9. Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience
10. Collect, analyze, and present field sales data to assist with strategic planning and implementation
11. Take full ownership of maximizing sales of the designated product range
12. Ensure market penetration with the existing business, as well as actively pursuing new customers and developing new opportunities
13. Impart product knowledge to customers
14. Meet monthly sale targets
15. Learn the working and specifications from product specialists and work together as a team
16. Form good associations with doctors & clients
17. Achieve sales targets every month
18. Participate in all sales and marketing activities
