About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle day-to-day interaction with the partners across the territory and collect the databases of all the potential partners creating a strong list to pitch the Atom8 products
2. Get trained in the products portfolio and solutions offered to the partner s project based on the requirements from the market
3. Get trained in the market & industry to explain the future opportunities in the smart home industry or smart products industry to the partners
4. Reach out to the partners over email, WhatsApp, call or in person and introduce the Atom8 products & solutions to them professionally
5. Fix the meetings online through Google Meet or meet with properly scheduled appointments and take through the company profile with products presenting with good communication in English preferably
6. Work on specific targets related to the job, make proper reports either in CRM or Excel and submit them to the concerned manager every month
7. Make BOQ, presentations for the specific projects and support the partners in all the project closure aspects
8. Initiate cold calls, follow-up calls, and emails regularly, and if required meet the local territory partners' office or project locations

Salary
Duration: 2 months
Salary during probation: ₹18,000 - 20,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 70%

2. Other incentives: 30%
