1. Working on prioritization and assignment of job seeker leads
2. Ensuring compliance by using existing streamlined processes
3. Performing daily required tasks in terms of field discipline(arriving on time on field, maintaining healthy attendance), document collection, completing daily onboarding targets, % conversion.
Requirements:
1. 1-2 years experience as field executive in companies like Ola, Uber, Rapido, Zomato, Paytm, Phonepe etc
2. Collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented
3. Having a 2 wheeler
4. Having a smartphone
5. Local language (Kannada) is a must as well as English/Hindi basics
6. Bike and Driving License is mandatory
Added advantage:
1. Previous startup experience
2. Self-starter and entrepreneurial attitude

This is a field role where the executive will be given a designated geography. The executive will have to follow a daily coverage plan and meet potential leads/job seekers and onboard them to the platform. This requires ownership, proactiveness and a commitment to operational excellence, as well as creative thinking with a strong customer-centric mindset.
