About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop new business relationships, generate, and negotiate new contracts for facility management services as per targets/per year
2. Identify new business opportunities by mapping the upcoming projects
3. Meet clients and finalize the comprehensive facility management deals
4. Make business plans, customized presentations, and proposals
5. Conduct site surveys along with the operations team
6. Analyze the latest trend in the market in terms of facility management services
7. Prepare documentation for - tenders, RFP and RFQ, etc.
8. Ensure proper market penetration in the assigned Region
9. Closely track competition activity
10. Design strategy for the sales team developing and managing strategic accounts in the assigned region
11. Renew existing accounts strategy, business plan, and road map
12. Ensure sales process discipline for self
13. Ensure timely submission of all MIS reports
14. Weekly review of the sales activity in the branch with corrective actions
15. Generate leads and prospects
16. Ensure all client agreements are signed before the contract start-up date and handed over to planning and costing
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in the facility or security industry
2. Strong sales discipline and business planning skills
3. Strong networking with local B2B clients in the region
4. Demonstrated skills in negotiating and closing large-value deals with B2B clients
5. A go-getter attitude and who can lead by an example
6. Strong team bonding skills
7. Well-versed with the market and zone assigned
