About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Fix customer appointments and visit potential customers for new business
2. Make the customer understand the various benefits available in the plan and check whether it meets the customer's requirements
3. Work on customer leads as and when provided are to be called and fix appointments for a sales visit
4. Handle existing customer portfolio if given and lead generating through it, also generate business via converting individual leads generated by him
5. Cross-sell/Upsell products
6. Assure that the business targets are met as per the goal sheet given

Requirements:

1. Required: Age limit 24 to 39 years
2. Education qualification: Graduate in any stream
3. Experience of at least 6 months of life insurance sales or BFSI sales
4. Local resident for some time
5. 2-wheeler/4-wheeler must
6. Android-based smartphone with an active connection as we have spot issuance of Insurance policy to the customer through our technology platform
