About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Getting the sale using various customer sales methods
2. Forecasting sales, developing 'out of the box' sales strategies/models, and evaluating their effectiveness
3. Evaluating customer's skills, and needs and building productive long-lasting relationships
4. Meeting personal and team sales targets
5. Researching accounts and generating or following through sales leads
6. Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
7. Reporting and providing feedback to management using financial statistical data
8. Maintaining and expanding client database within your assigned territory

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: 25,000 - 30,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 4 - 4.5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
