About Sports For All
Sports for All (SFA), a fully integrated digital plus on-ground multi-sport platform, is the official partner of the Indian Team for The Olympics, The Commonwealth Games, and The Asian Games. With the belief that potential can only be translated into performance if sport finds support at the grassroots level itself, we launched SFA Championships in 2015. This tech-enabled, multi-discipline, regional sports tournament truly revolutionized sports at the school level. Enabling us to nurture, monitor, and groom future champs from a very young age.

We are endeavoring to build India's largest multi-sport technology & media platform. On the ground, we execute our own SFA Championships, which is an Olympics-style School Sports Championship where 15000 children from 500+ schools compete in 30 disciplines of the sport to crown the best school for sport in a city. We are currently in Mumbai & Hyderabad & will take this to over 25 cities in the next 3 years.

About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Achieve targeted school and athlete registrations by area
2. Work on relationship management with on-ground agencies and schools
3. Own the sales process from prospecting to closing by selling and promoting SFA championships, products, and/or services to existing and new accounts/schools within an assigned area to achieve sales goals
4. Make sales calls to a wide variety of contacts which may include school principals, parent/teacher organizations, yearbook advisors, student groups, coaches, athletic directors, or league sports administrators
5. Achieve customer satisfaction and quality standards by visiting key accounts, detailing requirements, and obtaining feedback from key decision-maker(s) before, during, and after the championship
6. Leverage existing relationships within current accounts to sell deeper and sell other products
7. Complete accurate registrations for sports, including pricing and payment terms in accordance with SFA guidelines.
8. Utilize and maintain a call and prospecting activity reporting using our CRM systems
Skill(s) required
Effective Communication English Proficiency (Spoken) Sales Sales and Marketing Salesforce
Who can apply

2. Strong persuasive skills, specifically related to maintaining existing business

3. Strong organizational and time management skills

4. MBA specialization in marketing would be preferred

Annual CTC: 2 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: 1.8 LPA

2. Variable pay: 0.2 LPA
