We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic field sales & marketing executive to join our team. This role involves building strong client relationships, promoting our interior d cor solutions, and generating business through direct sales and on-ground marketing efforts. You'll be the face of our brand, helping clients visualize their dream spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Meet clients at their homes, offices, or construction sites to understand their interior design needs.
2. Pitch and promote our products and services to prospective customers, architects, builders, and real estate developers.
3. Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads through events, exhibitions, partnerships, and local promotions.
4. Maintain and update the customer database, follow up on leads, and close sales deals.
5. Coordinate with the design and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely project execution.
6. Provide accurate sales forecasts and market insights to the management team.
7. Represent the brand at industry events, pop-up exhibitions, and trade fairs.

1. Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (experience in interior décor or related industry preferred).
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Passion for interior design and an eye for aesthetics.
4. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and fieldwork.

6. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
