We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious sales trainee to join our team. As a sales trainee, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their targets and meeting the company's sales goals. You will receive comprehensive training and support to develop your sales skills, knowledge, and capabilities.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assisting the sales team in identifying potential customers and developing new business leads
2. Making outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to schedule appointments for the sales team
3. Participating in sales meetings and presentations to learn about the company's products and services
4. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
5. Preparing sales reports and forecasts for management review
6. Learning how to negotiate and close sales deals under the guidance of experienced sales professionals
7. Participating in sales events and exhibitions to promote the company's products and services
8. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
