About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on cold calling
2. Fix meetings with clients to convert leads to sales
3. Work on counseling students and parents for admissions
4. Share reports on a daily and weekly basis with the concerned person/authority
5. Create good client relationships for references

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 25,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 5,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 10%
