About the job
As an integral member of a young dynamic team in Pune, the finance and administrative analyst will be responsible for a wide range of accounting and administrative related tasks. You will shadow and be mentored by the founder and the company's chartered accountant to support all finance and administrative activities.

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle all financial and book-keeping operations in the office to ensure compliance with corporate financial regulations
2. Use financial management tools to assist management in keeping on budget by tracking expenditures and advising on cost issues
3. Ensure timely submission of expense reports, TDS, GST, professional tax, bank reconciliations, and requests
4. Liaise with the company secretary firm on the scheduling of board meetings and related ROC filings and compliances
5. Liaise with the audit firm on all audit-related filings
6. Handle any other finance or administration task as appropriate
Skill(s) required
Accounting Financial Modeling MS-Excel Tally
Who can apply

1. Master’s degree or diploma in finance or related field with 0-2 years work experience

2. Excellent proficiency with using spreadsheets and accounting software (Tally 9 knowledge is mandatory)

3. Strong oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure

5. Excellent work ethic and attention to detail

6. A self-starter who works independently and as a collaborative team player with a

7. problem-solving attitude

8. Fluency in Marathi is preferable


Annual CTC: 3.6 LPA (All fixed)
