Finance Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Managing all accounting operations including invoicing, A/R, A/P, and cost accounting
2. Working on revenue recognition
3. Supporting month-end and year-end books closure process
4. Processing invoices and payments
5. Reconciling daily, monthly, and yearly transactions
6. Facilitating vendor bills and reconciling the transactions
7. Developing an in-depth knowledge of organizational products and process
8. Providing support service to clients on any accounting queries
9. Supporting with data on financial projects and tasks when required
10. Processing and preparing financial and business forms for the purpose of checking account balances, facilitating purchases, etc.
11. Performing routine calculations to produce analysis and reports as requested by the finance head
12. Helping oversee and manage individual accounts

Who can apply:

1. 1+ years of relevant work experience is a bonus
2. Well-versed in accounting and reporting practices in India
3. Experience with creating financial reports
4. Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
5. Possesses strong interpersonal skills, due to multiple stakeholder management
6. Prior startup experience is a plus
