1. Filing various returns under direct & indirect taxes, such as ITR, income tax TDS, and GST returns
2. Filing various forms under company law (ROC), such as company incorporation and its compliances forms
3. Working on accounting in Tally
4. Working on finalization of books of accounts

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 10%
