Finance Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assisting in the preparation of budget
2. Managing income and expense records and receipts
3. Preparing and processing invoices
4. Resolving financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams
5. Preparing cheques, filling NEFT/RTGS form
6. Resolving client s queries regarding overdue payments
7. Processing international payments from national and international bank
8. Ensuring timely payments of contractors, spares, rent, etc.
9. Responsible for verification of bills, preparation of vouchers
10. Reconciling petty cash and filing work
11. Documentation work of opening salary account for employees
12. Preparation of income and expense statements daily, weekly and monthly
13. Monitoring imprest accounts and advances are given to employees
14. Assisting team members regarding other finance-related work

Requirements: Must have good communication skills.
