Key responsibilities:

1. Tax Compliance & Advisory:

1. Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
2. Stay updated with the latest amendments in Indian tax laws and ensure company compliance.
3. Provide tax planning and advisory services to optimize tax liabilities.

2. Financial Reporting:

1. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
2. Reconcile account balances and bank statements, maintain general ledger, and prepare month-end close procedures.

3. Audit & Compliance:

1. Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits.
2. Ensure compliance with GAAP principles.

4. Budgeting & Forecasting:

1. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
2. Analyze financial data and provide insights to the management for decision-making.

5. Miscellaneous:

1. Handle monthly payroll and related compliances.
2. Assist in other finance-related tasks as required
