Key responsibilities:

1. Analyze financial data and provide forecasting support
2. Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis using key legal standards
3. Review all non-legal pertinent information about the prospective entity/KMP
4. Oversee financial functions, such as assessing, auditing, planning, taxes, consolidation
5. Evaluate and analyze the key alarming factors
6. Study a company s financial data to give advice for guiding business decisions
7. Conduct a web-based legal search for entity/KMP
