Financial Analyst Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Analyze financial information and prepare financial models
2. Undertake industry & company research global & domestic
3. Prepare PowerPoint presentations, valuations, financial forecasts, business plans, reports et al to support investment decisions and assist the deal execution stages
4. Prepare teasers, pitchbooks/pitch decks, IM/CIM, BCVPs, SGRM, LoI, MoU/TS, JV/SA/TT agreements, and/or any miscellaneous documents as per management s directives
5. Participate in teleconferences and meetings with clients/affiliates/forum companies at all stages from deal origination to deal closure prepare notes and work on action items
6. Multitask - by working on multiple projects and developing innovative approaches towards timely delivery and closure of milestones in the process
7. Execute assignments with exclusive emphasis on TAT s and zero tolerance for service quality
8. Accountable for meeting project & process deadlines in accordance with project schedules

Skills requirement:

1. Excellent financial analysis, financial modeling, and valuation skills
2. Exceptional presentation and English communication skills (verbal & written)
3. Client interaction skills
4. Problem-solving abilities.
5. Strong analytical & interpretation skills

Education and experience:

1. MBA-Finance | CA | CFA and 1 year preferred
