Financial Planner And Advisor Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Working to bring on new clients, help them reach their financial goals, and build our operations department from the ground up
2. Helping people make some of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, retiring with confidence, focusing on education, relationship building, and providing investment advice with fiduciary responsibility
3. Providing actionable feedback based on front-line knowledge of customer needs and workflows to shape the products we build
4. Building on a culture of ownership, collaboration, and compassion

Requirements:

1. Only candidates with experience in client-facing jobs
2. CFP or experience in a financial planning firm is a big plus
3. Should be excited to join a fast-growing organization and take an active part in shaping our planning department
4. Have the empathy to develop an in-depth understanding of our users' financial needs and behaviors, and be able to recommend strategies to help them accomplish their goals
5. Should have a sales superpower; thrive on talking to real people and providing them with the resources they need to improve their financial situations
6. Have a measurable track record of needs-based selling in financial services and a comprehensive grasp of holistic financial planning
7. Can simplify complex financial concepts effectively while building rapport and credibility with our clientele during client-centered discussions
8. Strong verbal and written communicator with the ability to identify and deliver unique customer insights to cross-functional teams
