About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Create cross-platform apps for web, iOS, and Android using Google's Flutter development framework - the primary focus will be on creating new experiences
2. Design and build sophisticated and highly scalable apps using Flutter, translate and build the designs and wireframes into high-quality responsive UI code
3. Write efficient queries for core data
4. Resolve any problems existing in the system and suggest and add new features to the complete system
5. Follow the best practices while developing the app and keep everything structured and well documented
6. Manage the code and project on Git in order to keep in sync with other team members and managers
7. Communicate with the project manager regarding the status of projects and suggest appropriate deadlines for new functionalities

1. Flutter skills: To build cross-platform mobile apps for Android, iOS, and web (this should include making responsive UIs to efficiently query data and also manage states in an optimized manner)

2. Native Android and iOS skills: To build custom Flutter packages

3. Firebase skills: Should have experience with cloud Firestone, push notifications, cloud functions, and analytics

4. Git skills: To manage and collaborate on different projects with the rest of the team

5. Education: Bachelor's (preferred)

6. Experience: 1-year (preferred), software development: 1 year (preferred), HTML5: 1 year (preferred)

Salary

Annual CTC: 3 - 4 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%
