Food And Beverage Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on kitchen management (in addition to managing the day-to-day work of the kitchen, the F&B manager will oversee cleaning of the oven burners and exhaust chimneys and cleaning of the entire kitchen area) & do AMCs where needed
2. Work on the preparation of the best quality food using the best recipe to get guests' appreciation
3. Work on the preparation of menu charts - breakfast items/lunch items/snacks and dinner(time-to-time changes/updation shall have to be incorporated)
4. Maintain the stock register for grocery items, dairy products, etc. (the register is to be written in the following manner - opening stock plus procurement - issue/consumption = closing stock)
5. Tally physical stock with the closing stock shown in the register (both should always tally)
6. Analyze costs with food bills
7. Book maximum food orders from the guests (and, at the same time best services are to be provided to the guests)
8. Work on cost analysis for entire kitchen-related expenses, including salary (this may be done fortnightly)
