Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement new recipes for our kombucha products, ensuring consistency, quality, and safety
2. Improve and optimize our production processes, including fermentation, bottling, and packaging
3. Manage the day-to-day production operations, ensuring that we meet our production targets while maintaining product quality and safety standards
4. Conduct regular product testing and quality control checks, identifying any potential issues and taking appropriate corrective actions
5. Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to develop new product ideas and bring them to market
6. Research and keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, incorporating them into our products and processes
