About the job
Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the founder's office
2. Act as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams
3. Organize and coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts
4. Oversee special projects
5. Manage the founder's calendar, set appointments, and ensure the founder is prepared for meetings
6. Coordinate travel and accommodation needs
7. Handle confidential information with absolute discretion
8. Assist with the preparation of business presentations including text, overheads, and electronic presentations
9. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
10. Monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications
11. Assist with organizational and clerical support tasks, including managing files, answering phones, and maintaining office supplies
Who can apply:
1. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
2. Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
5. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking

7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
8. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
9. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
