Admin Assistant Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Communicate effectively in English on a daily basis with colleagues, clients, and suppliers, both written and spoken.
2. Proofread and edit internal and external communications to ensure clarity and professionalism.
3. Regularly send and receive emails or calls with suppliers to discuss orders, deliveries, and any potential issues.
4. Keep track of supplier details and ensure all standards and deadlines are met.
5. Draft and respond to emails on behalf of the company, addressing inquiries, updates, and requests in a timely manner.
6. Maintain and use templates for common communication to improve efficiency.
7. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and suppliers through regular communication.
8. Address concerns and provide solutions promptly to ensure satisfaction and maintain ongoing partnerships.
