1. Create multiple contractual MI reports to strict deadlines using Oracle and OneTouch reporting tools
2. Prepare, format, and distribute management information reports
3. Interpret data and convert it into regular and ad hoc reports in required formats
4. Deliver reports within fixed timescales
5. Apply business logic to derive solutions or escalate/resolve queries when faced with unfamiliar situations
6. Participate in ad hoc projects as required
7. Update the required data in various Excel data trackers
8. Use time management systems to track productivity and efficiency
9. Engage with UK stakeholders via email and calls for query resolution and discussions
10. Identify issues and liaise with the MI Manager to resolve them
11. Provide support across all teams within Hays Business Solutions, enhancing knowledge and processes
12. Ensure awareness and understanding of dashboards, KPIs, and SLA performance
