Associate Lawyer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Draft legal documents including cover letters, motions, pleadings, and demand letters to insurance companies
2. Support lawyers by maintaining and organizing files, conducting legal research, and drafting documents
3. Gather and arrange evidence and other legal documents for attorney review and case preparation
4. Work directly with clients in a non-advising capacity by answering questions, scheduling appointments, and ensuring all court requirements are met
5. Assist lawyers in preparing for trials, hearings, and other legal proceedings by conducting research, drafting legal documents, interviewing witnesses, and preparing exhibits
6. Handle administrative tasks such as filing papers and maintaining and organizing reference files
7. Conduct relevant research for court cases including case law and litigation process using various online legal research resources

Requirements:

1. Possess strong and creative drafting skills with priority given to creative drafters
2. Demonstrate ability to conduct legal research and analysis with a passion for cases and a creative research approach
3. Exhibit entrepreneurial skills with a go-getter attitude suitable for a startup environment looking to expand staff count rapidly
