We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our growing team at EDGO International
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, answering incoming inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Your role will involve guiding prospective students through the study abroad process, providing information on our services, and addressing their queries to drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients to inform them about our services.
2. Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries about studying abroad, courses, and universities.
3. Provide clear and accurate information regarding programs, scholarships, and admissions.
4. Follow up with potential students to ensure engagement and conversion.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and feedback to our Student Counselors.
5. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outbound calls and conversions.
Work closely with the sales and counseling teams to streamline communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Excellent verbal communication skills in Kannada & English is a must.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
3. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferred but not required).
4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
