1. Analyze current logistics and warehouse workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
2. Gather and document business requirements from key stakeholders including warehouse managers, logistics coordinators, and IT teams
3. Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
4. Work with IT teams or external vendors to support implementation and enhancement of warehouse management systems, transport management systems, or ERP platforms
5. Collect and analyze data related to inventory levels, order fulfillment, transportation, and storage operations
6. Design and generate reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators such as inventory accuracy, order cycle time, on-time delivery, and warehouse space utilization
7. Facilitate regular communication between operational teams, technology departments, and senior leadership to ensure alignment on project goals and business priorities
8. Support implementation of automation tools, barcode or RFID tracking systems, or IoT solutions to improve visibility and efficiency in logistics operations
9. Ensure logistics and warehouse processes comply with safety standards, legal regulations, and industry best practices
10. Conduct risk assessments related to supply chain disruptions, system failures, or labor constraints
11. Lead or support user acceptance testing for new systems or process changes
12. Assist in development and delivery of training materials for end users across logistics and warehouse functions
13. Provide insights and recommendations to reduce costs, improve service levels, and enhance customer satisfaction
14. Monitor and evaluate performance of newly implemented solutions and suggest continuous improvements
15. Help develop business cases to justify investment in new technologies or process changes
