1. Lead generation & business development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted lead generation and professional networking within the digital marketing industry
2. Client outreach & sales: Contact potential clients to introduce and promote our digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing; conduct presentations to clearly communicate service benefits and value
3. Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients; understand their business goals and recommend tailored digital marketing solutions to meet their needs
4. CRM & sales documentation: Record and manage all sales activities, client communications, and progress updates in the company's CRM system
5. Achieving sales targets: Consistently meet or exceed defined monthly and quarterly sales goals; achieving these targets is a key requirement of the role
6. Online client meetings: Conduct a minimum of five virtual meetings daily via Zoom or Google Meet to discuss services, address client queries, and review project updates
7. Market awareness: Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing, new tools, and market developments to better serve clients and improve sales strategy
8. Project coordination: Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams (SEO, content, technical) to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with client expectations
9. Client reporting: Provide clear and timely weekly and monthly updates to clients on the status and performance of their campaigns
10. Client retention & upselling: Ensure client satisfaction through excellent service delivery; identify opportunities to renew contracts, upsell additional services, or suggest upgrades to support business growth
