Key Responsibilities:

1. Promptly responding to inquiries from potential customers through various channels, including phone, email, and social media
2. Providing detailed information about events like workshops, corporate events, school visits, etc. including schedules, activities, pricing, and registration procedures, ensuring a comprehensive understanding
3. Applying persuasive sales techniques to effectively convert leads into enrollments, meeting sales targets
4. Proactively following up with potential customers via phone calls and WhatsApp to maintain engagement, address queries, and facilitate enrollments
5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and inquiries in the CRM system for future reference
6. Assisting in collecting participant feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the quality of future camp offerings
7. Helping to organize workshops and day-to-day coordination
