About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospect, set up appointments, develop and deliver presentations to close new client opportunities
2. Identify/research/survey the industry's talent challenges and carve scalable solutions
3. Work closely with teams across talent innovation (contract & full time staffing, employer branding, performance management) to identify/qualify opportunities and demo solutions to growing companies
4. Participate in networking activities, and user group meetings and develop relationships with decision-makers
5. Keep up-to-date with industry developments/trends about talent innovation per the post covid /new normal
6. Negotiate contracts, and facilitate the execution of service agreements

Other requirements

1. Must be willing to work from our Hyderabad location

2. Have 0-2+ years of successful sales in IT talent (contract & full-time staffing/recruiting) solutions

3. Have experience selling IT talent solutions, professional services, or staff augmentation

4. Have proven relationship and people management skills with a high level of professionalism

5. Have marketing automation expertise using a combination of video, email, phone, and text

6. Have sales expertise with prospecting, appointment setting, and applicant tracking tools

7. Willing to start from 02/10/2024

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹25,000 - 30,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
