Business Development Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for institutional partners, addressing concerns and queries promptly.
Develop a deep understanding of client needs and educational trends to provide personalized solutions.

2. Sales & Business Development:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and proactive outreach.
Promote Prosper Overseas' services to educational institutions, ensuring effective partnerships.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential partners.
Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions to drive conversions.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and pricing strategies.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

3. Client Support & Account Management:
Assist institutions and students with onboarding and ensure a seamless transition to our services.
Provide post-sales support, addressing any concerns efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and service updates in CRM.
Gather feedback from clients to improve service offerings and customer experience.
