Key responsibilities:

1. Acquire new leads, identify potential customers, and close sales
2. Facilitate students in locating affordable, convenient, and secure rooms from listed properties while maintaining continuous correspondence
3. Ensure a comprehensive sales process to attain maximal customer conversion rate
4. Maintain all modes of communication with customers to provide a smooth and hassle-free journey and ensure a perfect match for their requirements
5. Address any queries raised by students with prompt and consummate responses
6. Communicate with property managers in the UK, US, and Australia to augment company services and achievements
