The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., grocery chains, restaurants, distributors, Apartment complex & supermarkets), and executing strategies to increase the sales of our hydroponic vegetable products. The ideal candidate is passionate about sustainable agriculture, has a strong network in the food industry, and possesses a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify, target, and acquire new customers including grocery retailers, restaurants, food service providers, and wholesalers.
2. Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with company growth goals.
3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and upsell opportunities.
4. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential partnerships.
5. Collaborate with marketing to design and execute campaigns and promotions.
6. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms in alignment with business objectives.
7. Attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to build brand presence and generate leads.
8. Report on sales activity, pipeline development, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.
