Detailed Key Responsibilities:
Engage daily with students who have enquired about programs, ensuring a strong connection and providing clear, accurate information.
Connect/speak with between upto 100 potential learners/students applying for Premier Institution Online courses.
Track and follow up on student inquiries, ensuring that all their doubts are addressed and guiding them towards informed decisions to complete admissions.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement solutions, setting and achieving revenue goals.
Assist with the admission process as needed, ensuring smooth and efficient closures.
Maintain accurate records of all student interactions in the CRM system and report any issues to the appropriate authorities.
Education
B.Tech degree preferred or Graduate in any technical field
Excellent active listening and communication skills. English speaking is a must.
Patient, friendly, and accommodating personality.
