Responsibilities

1. Drive Sales and Revenue: Focus on generating sales and increasing revenue for the company's exhibitions and events.

2. Sales Team Oversight: Lead and manage the sales team, providing support and guidance to achieve targets.

3. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure the successful planning and execution of exhibitions.

4. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.

5. Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with exhibitors and sponsors to secure participation and drive loyalty.

6 Event Management: Assist with logistics such as venue setup, signage, registration booths, and other on-site requirements.


Incentives are offered based on performance - candidate will be offered 2.5% of each sale (5000 to 15000 on target achievement)
