About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct onboarding sessions, product training, and continuous learning initiatives for call agents.
2. Monitor agent performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
3. Evaluate call quality, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
4. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly work reports.
5. Handle any conflicts or issues that arise among team members.
6. Address customer escalations and complaints that agents are unable to resolve.

English Proficiency (Spoken) Negotiation & Problem-solving Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC)

Other requirements

1. Only female candidates are required.

2. Any MBA in agribusiness or ABM with strong analytical skills and team management capabilities can apply. Freshers are allowed.
