Client Relationship Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or requests in a timely and professional manner
2. Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
3. Utilize MS-Excel to track client interactions, analyze data, and generate reports to monitor client satisfaction and engagement
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and deliverables are achieved on time and within budget
5. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients, driving revenue growth for the company
6. Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and reviews to provide updates on projects, discuss performance, and gather feedback
7. Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing client relationships and retention
