Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with global customers and distributors across MENA, CIS, LATAM, and APAC regions.
2. Qualify leads through impactful conversations and coordinate handovers to the sales team.
3. Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM tools like Salesforce and Apollo.io.
4. Prepare well-crafted proposals, quotations, and product documentation for prospective clients.
5. Track timelines and follow up on leads to ensure smooth deal progression.
6. Coordinate effectively between sales, logistics, and clients to ensure seamless communication.
7. Plan and manage end-to-end arrangements for international client visits, including travel, stay, meetings, and hospitality.
8. Deliver an exceptional brand experience that aligns with the company's global image.
9. Ensure clean data management and generate regular reports for internal stakeholders.
10. Proactively identify potential roadblocks and coordinate solutions to maintain workflow efficiency.
