Key responsibilities:

1. Manage communication with clients to understand their editorial requirements, address inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction
2. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and enhance the overall client experience
3. Update and maintain the client database regularly to ensure accurate and current information for seamless communication and workflow
4. Implement a systematic follow-up process to ensure timely responses to client queries, submissions, and feedback
5. Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices

Requirements:

1. Hold a master's degree in any stream
2. Be a fresher or have prior experience
3. Possess knowledge of the research publication industry
4. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
