OJO Life is seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Client Servicing & Onboarding Associate to join our team in Delhi. This hybrid role combines sales, client onboarding, and customer experience (CX) responsibilities, ensuring a seamless journey for new clients and fostering long-term relationships with existing ones. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key responsibilities:
1. Client Onboarding & Sales:
a. Lead Conversion: Engage with potential clients to understand their health goals and recommend suitable meal plans, effectively converting leads into subscribers.
b. Product Demonstration: Provide detailed information about OJO Life's offerings, including meal plans, delivery schedules, and subscription options, addressing any queries to facilitate informed decision-making.
c. Subscription Management: Assist clients in selecting and customizing their meal plans, ensuring their preferences and dietary requirements are met.
2. Customer Experience & Servicing:
a. Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
b. Feedback Collection: Regularly gather client feedback to identify areas for improvement and work with the team to enhance service delivery.
3. Administrative & Operational Support:
a. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback in the ZOHO CRM system.
b. Collaboration: Work closely with the nutrition and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of meals.
c. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on client onboarding progress, sales metrics, and customer satisfaction levels for management review.
Requirements:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2. Experience: 0-2 years in customer service, sales, or client onboarding roles, preferably in the health, wellness, or food service industry.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with CRM software is advantageous.
5. Interpersonal Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-centric approach.
6. Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
