Cma Trainee Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in ROC filings related to company incorporation, including Public, Private, OPC, Section 8, and LLP entities
2. Ensure accurate and timely submission of all documentation
3. Manage registration processes for mandatory taxes such as GST, ESIC, and EPF
4. Ensure compliance with all tax registration requirements and deadlines
5. Assist in obtaining industry-specific licenses, including FSSAI, Trademark, IEC, MSME, and Startup India
6. Coordinate with relevant authorities to ensure timely processing of licenses
7. Prepare and file mandatory compliance documents, including INC20 A, FORM 3, and DIR 3 KYC
8. Maintain up-to-date records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
9. Support optional compliance activities such as Director changes, shareholder appointments, and changes in registered offices, company name changes, and MOA amendments
10. Ensure completion of optional filings accurately and within deadlines
11. Assist in preparing and filing statutory compliance documents, including GSTR, ITR, AOC 4, and MGT 7 Annual Returns
12. Ensure compliance with statutory obligations
13. Handle monthly filing of tax and annual returns for ESIC, EPF, and Professional Tax (PT)
14. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all filings

Requirements:

1. Should have cleared both groups of Intermediate before July 2024 for CMA Intermediate
2. Additional weightage to candidates who have cleared BCOM/BBA from a recognized university
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
