Key responsibilities:

1. Contacting customers to collect overdue payments in a professional and respectful manner
2. Negotiating payment plans and settlements with customers to resolve outstanding balances
3. Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities in Excel and our CRM system
4. Developing and implementing strategies to reduce delinquency rates and improve collections efficiency
