Job Summary: The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business through outbound sales activities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 1 years of experience in IT sales, with a strong background in outbound sales strategies and a proven track record of success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound sales and lead generation:
- Proactively identify and target potential clients through outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Develop and execute outbound strategies to build and expand a pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Research and qualify leads to ensure they fit our target market and have high conversion potential.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and secure meetings or sales opportunities.
2. Sales and business development:
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to convert leads into clients.
- Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs.
- Continuously build and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve or exceed sales targets.
3. Client relationship management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support.
4. Market analysis and reporting:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
5. Collaboration and coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute outbound promotional strategies and campaigns.
