2. Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients through regular and proactive communication (calls, WhatsApp, emails, etc.).
3. Present customized solutions and offerings to clients based on key milestones such as renewals, birthdays, or anniversaries.
4. Conduct periodic account reviews and protection check-ins with clients to identify new opportunities.
5. Execute campaign-based outreach to engage prospective and existing clients effectively.
6. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up and service request resolution.
7. Address client inquiries and complaints with prompt, effective solutions while ensuring client satisfaction.
8. Ensure all communication is professional, accurate, and aligned with company tools and processes.

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 25,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
