Key responsibilities:

1. Connect with prospective students and parents via calls to provide detailed information on test preparation programs and services
2. Understand student needs and assist in selecting appropriate courses or study plans based on their goals and requirements
3. Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospective students and update the CRM system with accurate information
4. Provide follow-up communication via phone, email, or text to ensure students are well-informed and confident in their test preparation journey
5. Assist in scheduling and rescheduling consultations, classes, and workshops
6. Work closely with the sales and counseling team to ensure a seamless and positive experience for prospective students
7. Collect feedback from students to help improve services and offerings
8. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on test prep content, sales techniques, and customer service best practices
