Corporate Sales Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote company offerings
2. Engage with existing clients to maintain relationships and explore upselling opportunities
3. Generate leads and schedule follow-ups to convert prospects into customers
4. Address customer queries, provide relevant information, and resolve concerns efficiently
5. Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales in the CRM system
6. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies
7. Meet and exceed set targets and performance metrics

Requirements:

1. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
2. Excellent persuasive and negotiation abilities
3. Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into customers
4. Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus
5. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools are preferred
