About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
2. Conduct regular field visits to engage with potential clients.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers.
4. Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
5. Present and promote our products and services to potential clients.
6. Gather and analyze market data to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
7. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional activities and lead generation initiatives.


Skill(s) required

Effective Communication English Proficiency (Spoken)

Other requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.

Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

High level of drive, initiative, and self-motivation

Growth mindset and a go-get attitude

Two two-wheeler is Mandatory for this role

Salary
Duration: 2 months
Salary during probation: ₹16,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,30,000 - 7,80,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,40,000 - 4,80,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 90,000 - 3,00,000 /year
